Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within New Zealand only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping costs
- Orders under $99 NZD: flat rate shipping of $6.00 NZD.
- Orders of $99 NZD or more: free shipping.
- Active subscriptions: free shipping on every subscription order.
- Free sample orders: you pay postage only, which is shown at checkout. See Section 5A of our Terms of Service for the sample limits.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Processing time
We pack and send orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural addresses can take a little longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed times.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where available.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge you for re-sending it.
Damaged, lost or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or isn't what you ordered, please email hello@bindwell.nz as soon as you can and we'll make it right. Our Refund Policy has more detail: https://bindwell.nz/policies/refund-policy
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act.
