I’ve been using begone before the gym and riding my dirtbike, and I’m really happy with it so far. I like that it combines several natural binders in one sachet instead of having to take different products separately. The formula feels clean and well thought out, with no unnecessary sweeteners, which I personally appreciate. I also like that it’s third-party tested in New Zealand.
I take it before working out, and after a long session, I feel like my body handles the process better and I don’t feel as heavy afterwards.

I've been enjoying beGone for a couple of weeks now. Either before I get in the sauna or after I do morning cardio. By integrating it into my routine I feel like I am adding an extra layer of support in my journey to maintain my health. The flavour is very savoury and while some might find it slightly astringent; it is typical of spirulina and I personally find it quite palatable/ enjoyable. On occasion I will mix this into coconut water or milk for some change and it is quite nice.

I train pretty hard and also do cold and heat exposure. I started using BeGone before sauna sessions at the gym and it feels like recovery is smoother. Could be coincidence, but I like the idea of supporting detox after sweating a lot.

I bought BeGone mainly to support detox when using the sauna. I used to feel a bit foggy afterwards, but taking this beforehand seems to make the whole session feel smoother. Hard to describe, but I definitely feel better the next day.

I have tried charcoal and bentonite separately before, but I like that this has multiple binders together. It feels more convenient and thoughtful. I take one capsule most days and more when I feel like I need extra support.
